Sunrise Highway Continue on Sunrise Highway to Exit 41 South Robert Moses Causeway (Ocean Beaches). Continue South on Robert Moses Causeway (over two bridges) follow the signs for Captree State Park Boat Basin. Proceed through the empty pay tolls, go 3/4 around the traffic circle and head for the big tall building which is the restaurant. The Capt. Rod is located to the left of the restaurant on the left side of the dock.
